The campaign is a partnership between the Elizabeth Police Department, EZ Ride, the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority and the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety, which provided the city with a $51,000 grant from its Pedestrian Safety, Enforcement and Education Fund.
