The Together North Jersey Institute, along with the Competitive and Efficient Task Forces, are working with the New Jersey Brownfields Assistance Center at NJIT to bring you a three-part webinar series on brownfields. The series will cover three topics, described below. The one-hour webinars are free, and registration is currently open!

It Takes a Village - The Importance of Partners, Stakeholders, and Community Engagement will focus on the importance of collaboration in advancing a brownfield site to redevelopment. This webinar will help communities embarking on brownfields redevelopment understand who the critical players are, and how developing beneficial relationships with them will greatly improve the chances of a smoother and successful redevelopment outcome. In addition, the webinar will spotlight the experiences of municipalities in building partnerships, collaborating with stakeholders, and engaging their communities which led to brownfield redevelopment success.
