These programs provide funding to the NJTPA's city and county member subregions to help advance priority safety and infrastructure projects.

Local Capital Project Delivery

This competitive program prepares proposed transportation projects for eventual construction with federal funding. The first phase is Local Concept Development, where subregions explore various options for improving transportation infrastructure.
