Comments are due on January 12, 2024 on the proposed December 2023 Draft FY 2025 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) which has been distributed for Board, sponsor and public review. The work program will go into effect July 1, 2024.The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) summarizes and guides the transportation planning activities of the NJTPA staff, its member agencies and other transportation agencies in the region. It covers activities to be completed in the next one to two years and is updated annually.
