The Federal Transit Administration will host a webinar for the Pilot Program for Transit-Oriented Development Planning Program to provide an overview of the program and describe eligibility requirements.Approximately $10.5 million will be available in competitive grants for this program. Applications are due July 22. This year, applications with a substantial focus on affordable housing may receive 100% federal support.
