Learn about the Complete Streets Technical Assistance (CSTA) Program, a free program from the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority. The webinar will include a program overview, examples of past projects, and how to put together a successful application. The CSTA Program is open to municipalities in the 13-county NJTPA region (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren counties).The application period is September 29 – November 7, 2025 and program information is available at: https://www.njtpa.org/completestreets
