Middlesex County is conducting Road Safety Audits (RSAs) at five high crash locations identified in the Middlesex County Vision Zero Action Plan using the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) RSA process. The RSAs are part of the NJTPA's Subregional Studies Program.
