Overview

Event Summary: An aerial view of County Routes 523 and 629 in Readington, NJ.Hunterdon County will hold a public meeting on a proposed modern roundabout at the intersection of Flemington-Whitehouse Road (CR 523), Pelasant Run Road (CR 629) and Springtown Road in the Township of Readington.

The public is invited to attend and learn about these proposed safety improvements from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

This project is being funded through the NJTPA's Local Safety Program. 

Modern roundabouts are a proven safety countermeasure promoted by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). They low speeds and efficiently move traffic through intersections to improve safety.
