Additional Details
A Walkable Community Workshop engages township officials, residents, the business community, and other stakeholders in a discussion about walking, biking, and resilience. After learning what to look for, workshop participants will walk the corridor, assess existing streets and sidewalks, and identify issues that can be addressed to ensure safe and welcoming conditions. A post-workshop report will detail issues and recommendations.
This effort is part of the NJTPA Complete Streets Technical Assistance Program, provided through collaboration with Sustainable Jersey, and the Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers University.
