The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, Inc. (NJTPA) is seeking consultant support to assist in a pilot safety improvements project for Morris County trail crossings. The consultant will evaluate select at-grade trail crossings and prepare a set of plans, specifications and a cost estimate for a construction authorization.
