Workshop participants assessed the walking conditions of Center Street from North Avenue (SR28) to South Avenue (CR610) and North Avenue from Chestnut Street to Oak Street. North Avenue (SR28) is a two-lane, bi-directional roadway, while Center Street is a four lane, bi-directional roadway connecting North Avenue to South Avenue. Both Center Street and North Avenue provide access to the Garwood Train Station, which is located above street level.
