Recommendations in this report address the walking vicinity of the Grace Church Senior Center, touch on pedestrian safety concerns that participating seniors had within their residential senior center at 463 Pacific Ave., the Jersey City Medical Center on Grand Street, and the Superior Court House at the five corners of Summit (CR 617), Newark and Hoboken (CR 644) avenues.
