This study updates the city’s comprehensive transportation plan by examining mobility, transportation infrastructure, and the transportation network for all users including but not limited to motorist, pedestrians, transit riders, and bicyclists. This study is creating a comprehensive vision for the City’s transportation network while addressing emerging transportation challenges as the city continues to grow and redevelop.
