This study updated Jersey City’s comprehensive transportation plan by evaluating mobility, transportation infrastructure, and the multimodal transportation network. The study developed a long-term vision and implementation strategy to improve transportation safety, accessibility, connectivity, and reliability while addressing growth and redevelopment throughout the City.
