Commissioner Michael Ramaglia brings more than two decades of leadership experience in engineering and infrastructure, overseeing large-scale development initiatives, capital projects, and complex operations. Known for his strategic and collaborative approach, he has led multidisciplinary teams across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, managing major construction, rehabilitation, and facilities projects with a focus on fiscal responsibility, safety, compliance, and accountability.
Commissioner Ramaglia has held senior roles with respected engineering firms, including The Falcon Group, and currently works with O&S Associates, a nationally recognized engineering and architectural firm. His experience includes managing multimillion-dollar budgets, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating complex projects and stakeholders.
His commitment to public service includes serving as a Commissioner of the Passaic County Improvement Authority and Passaic County Board of Elections, as well as a Councilman for the Township of West Milford. In Spring 2026, he will attend Cornell University’s Executive Leadership Program, furthering his commitment to effective public leadership.
