Commissioner Michael Ramaglia brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in engineering, infrastructure, and capital project management. He has overseen large-scale development initiatives, complex construction and rehabilitation projects, and organizational operations, with a focus on fiscal responsibility, safety, compliance, and accountability. Known for his strategic and collaborative leadership style, Commissioner Ramaglia leads multidisciplinary teams and coordinates complex stakeholder relationships across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Commissioner Ramaglia has held senior leadership positions with respected engineering firms and currently serves as Director of Restoration in the New York City office of O&S Associates, a nationally recognized engineering and architectural firm. His professional experience includes managing multimillion-dollar budgets, improving operational efficiency, and delivering complex infrastructure, restoration, and capital improvement projects.

His commitment to public service includes serving as a Commissioner of the Passaic County Improvement Authority and the Passaic County Board of Elections, as well as previously serving as a Councilman for the Township of West Milford. He will participate in Cornell University’s Executive Leadership Program, further strengthening his commitment to effective, accountable, and forward-thinking public leadership.
